"Beautiful modern apartment with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. I felt like the owners thought about the needs of the traveller, eg. storage for hanging clothes, big winter jackets and suitcases, drawers for clothes, washing machine, clothes rack and pegs etc. Very close to the train station (diagonally across from our apartment). Very close to the supermarket and Eiffel Tower (less that half an hour walk). Safe to walk around at night, not touristy as it's not in a touristy arrondissement. Close to Paris on the train, bus stops close by. Beautiful view of the garden. Plenty of shopping in surrounding streets."

"I simply recommend it, the apartment is perfect, the location is perfect close to the metro, 10 minutes walking from the tower, excellent communication, 10 out of 10 service!!!"

"The owner is very friendly and very easy to reach by phone and calls back immediately. The studio is centrally located in walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Metro station is only 200m away and car parking in front of the entrance, but very expensive (what is normal for Paris), Sunday is free of charge. The studio has everything you need including washing machine, microwave, espresso machine, etc. There is an electricity cube with many USB plugs and cables are provided as well as Paris guides, Metro map and many other things. I can highly recommend this location."

"The bed is very tight for two persons (if not a couple) and only one blanket to share. Everything else was ok."

"As a couple staying 4 nights it would have been nice to have 8 coffee pods for the machine not just the 6 provided. Even in early October we used the bedroom fan as it got quite hot in the room - that might be an issue especially at the height of summer."
